These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aiPet (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
- You may use aiPet for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Account and Data
aiPet currently operates primarily with local device data. You are responsible for your device security and backups where applicable.
3. In-App Features
Features, content, and availability may evolve over time. We may update, modify, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the product.
4. Intellectual Property
All app content, brand assets, and software rights in aiPet are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.
5. User Content and Sharing
If you choose to generate or share images/cards from the App, you are responsible for how that content is used once shared externally.
6. Disclaimer
aiPet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all errors will be corrected immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
